    The process so far was good. But it is a bit surprising to finalize Visa only 7 days before if everything is already booked. There ois some room for improvement.

    The fastest and easiest way to get a e-visa for Cuba. I will be using easytouristcard again in the future for other visa’s. Customer service was quick when I messaged them on what’s app, and got e-visa’s in a matter of 18 hours when I selected the 3 days. Just excellent.

    This will necessarily be an interim review, as I will not be using the eVisas that I purchased through EasyTouristCard until January 2025. Thus far I have been extremely impressed by the knowledge and assistance provided by ETC.

    I first attempted to deal with the Cuban Embassy, but quickly learned that the receptionist in Washington DC did not speak English. In addition, the forms provided by Cuba online were available only in Spanish. The additional cost incurred by working through ETC was well work the money spent.

    I will update this review upon my return from Cuba in January.

      DVIAJEROS being only available 72 hours prior to departure is a Cuban Government Requirement. Many of our customers have the same perception as you and that’s why we offer complimentary DVIAJEROS form filling for all our travelers.
